List of 8 frequently asked questions.

  • Q. Why is this such an historic event?

We are truly making Peck history this fall, revealing one of the most expansive campus transformations in our 126-year history. Between the construction of new spaces and the renovation of existing facilities, we have reimagined every corner of the school to optimize the student experience. We have revealed the beauty of Lindenwold to South Street, and we welcome our families, friends, and neighbors to celebrate and experience the Peck you’ve always known and loved, with a whole new look.
  • Q. Who is invited to Homecoming?

EVERYONE! This is the moment for both the Peck community and the greater Morristown community to explore and enjoy our new campus. The event is open to the public, and we welcome anyone, of any age, who wants to come celebrate with us. We hope to see current and past Peck families, alumni from all eras, grandparents, and all of our friends from Morristown and beyond.
  • Q. I want to make sure my classmates and friends attend, too! How can I get in touch with them?

We agree that it would be most special to experience this momentous occasion with your Peck friends! Email Joan Myers, Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations, to help get your class involved. Want more than a couple of hours together? Think about planning an afterparty, too!
  • Q. What should I wear?

Dress for the weather, and for touring both indoor and outdoor spaces. Make yourself comfortable for a fun afternoon of exploration and catching up with Peck friends, old and new.
  • Q. Where do I park?

Our new campus features additional parking that can accommodate more visitors than ever. Parking is also available on neighboring streets. We encourage carpooling and using rideshare services, too.
  • Q. What if it rains?

We will try our best to hold the event on Saturday, Oct. 5, even if the weather isn’t perfect! A rain date is planned for Sunday, Oct. 6, in case of severe inclement weather.
  • Q. Will there be refreshments?

Yes! Peck’s own Chef Joe Mirra will be sharing his talents in our gleaming new kitchen in the Foley Family Dining Hall. Enjoy delicious snacks and refreshing drinks as you tour our incredible new and renovated spaces.
  • Q. Is this a good event for kids?

Absolutely! Homecoming will have something for the whole family. Bring the kids to enjoy our incredible new playground and lots of fun activities, including a balloon artist and a scavenger hunt!
